It noted that the investment contracts signed through the portal were part of the process of offering opportunities and finalizing contracting procedures, thereby helping to maximize the use of assets, and regulating the contractual relationship with investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this context, the Ministry noted that more than 185 investment contracts for municipal parks have been signed as part of efforts to expand investment in public parks, develop their facilities and services, and improve the efficiency of their operation and maintenance, thereby enhancing the visitor experience and ensuring the sustainability of the facilities, without compromising their nature as open public spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Regulation of Investment in the Municipal Sector<br><\/strong>She noted that the \u201cFurs\u201d portal is used as one of the tools for regulating investment in the municipal sector by standardizing tender procedures, increasing transparency, and regulating the investment cycle, thereby supporting the efficient management of municipal assets.
