This correction is expected to create better investment opportunities for developers and investors, while reducing the cost of developing raw land\u2014a factor that will be reflected in the real estate product and the final price for the buyer. This is confirmed by what has been observed in some real estate auctions for undeveloped land, including the Riyadh undeveloped land auction \u2014 Al-Narges District, which covered an area of over 1.2 million square meters. The plots offered at the auction failed to achieve suitable selling prices, a clear indication of a shift in real estate developers\u2019 behavior and an increase in caution and a wait-and-see attitude when making investment decisions regarding undeveloped land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;This shift is nothing more than a correction that enhances the sustainability of the real estate market and benefits all parties involved\u2014from investors and developers to citizens seeking suitable housing.
