Participants reviewed major real estate projects that serve as a catalyst for comprehensive development and contribute to broadening the base of investment partnerships, and stimulate local and foreign capital, in support of the Asir Region Development Authority\u2019s objectives aimed at establishing Asir\u2019s position as a leading investment and tourism destination in the Kingdom, within the framework of the Kingdom\u2019s Vision 2030. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Said bin Ali Al-Qamash, First Deputy Chairman of the Abha Chamber of Commerce, emphasized that the forum is being organized as part of efforts aimed at boosting investment activity in the real estate sector in the Asir region, and to support sustainable urban development pathways, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom\u2019s Vision 2030, thereby contributing to enhancing the region\u2019s investment appeal and capitalizing on its natural and economic resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The forum witnessed the signing of a number of cooperation agreements between the Abha Chamber of Commerce, the Asir Region Education Directorate, and King Khalid University, with the aim of investing in assets and supporting economic and educational development in the Asir Region.
