At this stage, these companies are working to test real estate tokenization models and review governance mechanisms and regulatory safeguards, paving the way for their broader implementation in the Saudi market in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The adoption of the \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/academy.monshaat.gov.sa\/local\/course\/enrol.php?id=49\"><strong>Blockchain<\/strong><\/a>\u00bb Converting real estate assets into digital shares is a smart solution for breaking up large real estate holdings into smaller units that inject liquidity by converting the value of the property into tradable digital tokens, allowing small investors to own a share in a commercial tower or at affordable prices\u2014amounts that previously wouldn\u2019t even cover brokerage fees. The ingenuity of this move is evident in three key dimensions: first, the financial empowerment of individuals; second, the absolute transparency provided by technology; and third, keeping pace with global developments in financial systems.
