This year\u2019s exhibition featured a significant addition with the launch of the first edition of the PropNext Forum, which serves as a specialized thought leadership platform to explore key issues related to the real estate sector, including market regulations, financing tools, investment attractiveness, and modern real estate development trends, through panel discussions featuring a select group of experts and decision-makers from the public and private sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sheikh Al-Qatami: A Legacy Spanning 35 Years<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sheikh Nasser Al-Qatami said: \u00abThis exhibition is undoubtedly a testament to the continuation of the great goodwill instilled by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, may God protect them, in the generosity and prosperity the Kingdom has witnessed since its founding. Al-Qatami noted that this exhibition is unique because it was established 35 years ago, and there is no doubt that this demonstrates that our country is one of the biggest supporters of projects whose impact extends to major cities, especially those that embody the Saudi abaya and identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He continued: \u00abToday, we are here representing Ma\u2019mar Al-Mamlakah, a company specializing in residential development within the Kingdom, both in the Riyadh region and beyond. An agreement has been signed with the Basht platform, which aims to foster partnership and integration between real estate developers and landowners to develop residential and commercial land within Riyadh andbeyond.\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Al-Qatami added: \u00abWhat is happening today in the real estate market\u2014a cautious decline in property prices\u2014is a natural consequence of the corrective process for which royal directives have been issued. and Riyadh, in particular, is a rapidly growing city that requires stability and balance in real estate prices. Today, it has become a global economic and tourist hub that primarily targets foreigners, and there must be significant stability in real estate market prices and natural growth; therefore, this is a natural corrective process.\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ahmed Al-Kurdi of Asas Real Estate said that the high level of interest from real estate companies in the Restatex exhibition is proof of its success and its focus on making it easier for clients to acquire residential properties\u2014whether for living or for investment\u2014in a professional and distinctive manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After touring the exhibition, I looked at some of the prices that certain companies had reduced for the occasion to offer residential units at relatively reasonable prices. For some units, I found sizes starting at 225 m\u00b2 with prices starting at 850,000 riyals and reaching 350 square meters at prices reaching approximately 1,600,000 riyals or more. I believe that the future of Riyadh, in particular, is bright and promising given the Vision, due to the extremely high demand for it as a capital city with significant economic and tourism influence, along with all these projects that will take Riyadh to a more advanced stage and attractive for investment or residential living.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
