Domestic gypsum (40 kg) also remained stable at 15.7 riyals, with no significant changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As for <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/82262\/\">Ready-mixed concrete<\/a><\/strong>Prices remained nearly stable, with the price of regular concrete (350 kg) at 217.8 riyals per cubic meter, while the price of high-strength concrete (350 kg) rose to 228.2 riyals. Meanwhile, the price of regular concrete (250 kg) stood at 199 riyals, and that of high-strength concrete (250 kg) at 208 riyals, showing relative stability compared to the previous month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As for other building materials, the price of local marble chips stabilized at 23.3 riyals per square meter, while fine white sand saw a slight decrease of 0.5% to 77.1 riyals, and red sand fell by 0.7% to 38.5 riyals.
