Jazan Region<\/a><\/strong> Regarding (28) projects that have been completed or are currently being implemented in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/79637\/\">Farsan Islands Governorate<\/a><\/strong>, at a total cost of (546) million riyals, as part of a package of development projects aimed at improving the province\u2019s infrastructure to strengthen its position as a preferred destination for visitors and investors.<br><br>The projects implemented included 19 municipal projects worth 398 million riyals, comprising 14 municipal projects worth 48 million riyals, as well as two investment projects at a cost of 70 million riyals, including the construction of the Farsan Hotel and industrial projects in Farsan, in addition to three housing projects worth 280 million riyals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"550\" height=\"365\" Al-Hareed Resort at a cost of 40 million riyals, and a residential development project worth 40 million riyals, which includes the construction of a housing complex comprising 92 residential units.<br><br>It is worth noting that the Farasan Islands represent a significant investment opportunity; the Secretariat is working to encourage local and international investors to participate in the development of this tourist destination, create new job opportunities, and boost the local economy\u2014all of which will benefit residents and enhance the islands\u2019 appeal as a world-class
