improving market efficiency and stimulating private-sector participation, thereby supporting local economic growth.<br>Workshop participants discussed the regulatory frameworks related to the management and development of real estate assets, including the implementation of the Municipal Real Estate Disposal Regulations, which aim to enhance transparency and improve the efficiency of investment land allocation, as well as improving the governance of procedures related to the offering of investment opportunities.<br><br>It highlighted <strong><a
