This registry serves as a means of proving ownership.<br>The General Real Estate Authority is responsible for organizing and coordinating the procedures for registering real estate through the platform in accordance with the provisions of the system and its implementing regulations. The real estate registration system seeks a number of legal benefits, the most prominent of which are: enhancing the protection of real estate ownership, reducing disputes arising from the conflict of documents or inaccurate data, and facilitating the procedures for real estate transactions such as selling, mortgaging, or transferring the property by inheritance. It also contributes to increasing confidence in the real estate market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The physical registration of the property is mandatory for all properties, whether residential, commercial, industrial, or agricultural.<br>After the area designated for registration is announced by the General Real Estate Authority, anyone with an interest in the declared area must register through the electronic platform of the Authority.
