\n The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz issued two royal orders appointing His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz as Governor of Eastern Province with the rank of Minister, and His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud as Governor of Madinah Province with the rank of Minister.

\nHaving reviewed the Regions Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. (A\/92) dated 27\/8\/1412H.
\nHaving reviewed Royal Decree No. (A\/52) dated 30\/2\/1430 A.H.
\nHaving reviewed Royal Decree No. (A\/232) dated December 19, 1432 A.H.
\nHaving reviewed Royal Decree No. (A\/14) dated 3\/3\/1414H.

\nFirst: His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Emir of Eastern Province, is relieved of his post upon his request.
\nII: His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Chief of the Crown Prince's Court and Special Advisor to His Highness, is relieved of his post and appointed as Governor of the Eastern Province with the rank of Minister.
\nThird: This order shall be communicated to the competent authorities for approval and implementation.
