Regarding the determination of the grace period, the Ministry clarified that the relevant committee evaluates applications based on several criteria, including the land area, the nature of the project, the number of stories, the building footprint, and the approved implementation schedule.<br><br><strong>Major Projects<br><\/strong>She added that projects with a development period exceeding three years are referred to the Completion Center and the relevant authorities to assess their feasibility and ensure their viability, while projects that take more than four years are required to submit an additional report from a certified engineering firm detailing the stages of completion.<br>The ministry emphasized that compliance during the grace period is monitored through periodic reports submitted by the supervising engineering office every six months, which include the actual completion rates of the project.
