Revealed Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center <\/a><\/strong>In its monthly report on the performance of service agencies during April 2026, the ministry announced that it has received about 107,000 reports since the beginning of this year, in addition to issuing 75.65 thousand licenses, in an indicator that reflects the accelerated pace of Infrastructure Projects <\/a><\/strong>and urbanization in the Saudi capital.
The report showed that the total length of occupied projects reached 765 kilometers, while the number of active licenses reached 9,016, an increase of 750 licenses compared to the previous month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Road subsidence and water pools top reports<\/strong>
According to the report, road subsidence reports topped the list with 37% of the total, followed by water pools with 34%, exposed covers with 5%, while other reports accounted for 24%.
The rise in reports of road subsidence and water pools reflects the increasing pressure on infrastructure networks as a result of urbanization and the accelerated implementation of projects in Riyadh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abNational Water acquires most of the licenses<\/strong>
On the licensing side, the National Water Company accounted for 64% of the total licenses, although it declined by 2%, with its project lengths reaching 130 kilometers.
The Saudi Electricity Company came second with 25%, recording project lengths of 238 kilometers, followed by the Riyadh Municipality with 5% and project lengths of 139.5 kilometers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

National Water has the highest number of reports<\/strong>
The report indicated that the National Water Company also accounted for 62% of the total reports, up by 12%, while the Saudi Electricity Company came second with 23% despite a decline of 12%, followed by the Riyadh Municipality with 6%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Variable closure rates<\/strong>
In the report closure index, Riyadh Municipality led the service organizations with a closure rate of 90% despite a decline of 3%, followed by the National Water Company with 87%, up 9%, and Saudi Telecom Company with 82%
In contrast, Saudi Electricity Company recorded the lowest closing rate at 69%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Riyadh Municipality is the most compliant<\/strong>
In terms of compliance with the Center's standards and controls, Riyadh Municipality achieved the highest compliance rate of 94%, followed by National Water Company with 92%, and Saudi Telecom Company with 81%.
The report reflects the increased activity in infrastructure projects in the Saudi capital, in conjunction with the implementation of major urban development projects aimed at enhancing the quality of life and improving the efficiency of services and infrastructure in Riyadh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
