In the following rankings, Makkah Company reported profits of 162.2 million riyals, representing growth of 8.06%, while Taiba Company posted a net profit of 124.8 million riyals, despite a 4.95% year-over-year decline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pressure on the Results of \u201cJabal Omar\u201d and \u201dRatal\u201d<\/strong>
In contrast, some companies saw a significant decline in profitability, with Jabal Omar\u2019s net profit falling by 87.6% to approximately 117 million riyals, while Retal\u2019s profits fell by 12.9% to 59.3 million riyals.

Jabal Omar came in second place with revenues of 739.17 million riyals, but recorded a slight decline of 1.1% compared to the same period last year.
The Red Sea Company reported revenue of 631.22 million riyals, down 9.9%, while Sinomi Centers\u2019 revenue amounted to approximately 582.5 million riyals, a slight decline of 1.37%.
Ratal, meanwhile, posted revenue of 577.4 million riyals, marking year-over-year growth of 1.8%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Weaker quarterly performance for the sector<\/strong>
When comparing the results for the first quarter of 2026 with those for the fourth quarter of 2025, the pressures become even more apparent, as the sector\u2019s revenue fell by 11.69% from 6.67 billion riyals in the previous quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
