It is classified as a mixed-use urban development project, with a development period of five years.<br>The project\u2019s vision is centered on creating a cohesive and sustainable destination featuring more than 140,000 square meters of green spaces, along with an integrated network of roads, infrastructure, and public services, more than 8 kilometers of pedestrian paths, and a 17-kilometer-long bicycle path, thereby promoting the concepts of sustainability and modern urban mobility, while preserving the region\u2019s distinctive mountainous landscape.<br>The first phase is set to include the development of infrastructure, public facilities, and open spaces, as well as the preparation of a number of mixed-use development sites, while subsequent phases will involve the completion of residential, commercial, and hospitality components, as well as public facilities, thereby contributing to the creation of an integrated urban destination that combines living, working,
