Residential transactions lead with 11 thousand transactions worth 7.4 billion riyals"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sign up <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/100395\/\">Real estate sector<\/a><\/strong> In Madinah, the volume of transactions has increased amid continued demand for residential properties, driven by population growth, homeownership programs, and the expansion of development in new master plans and neighborhoods in Madinah.<br><br>A report issued by Al-Makar Development and Investment Company\u2014the \u201cinvestment arm of the Madinah Region Municipality\u201d\u2014reviewed the key indicators and trends in the real estate sector during the year 2025 A.H., noting that <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/103820\/\">Residential sector<\/a><\/strong> It is the most active market in the real estate sector, with the value of transactions reaching approximately (7.4) billion riyals through more than (11) thousand real estate transactions, with a total traded area of approximately 7.6 million square meters, which helped boost market liquidity through the residential sector\u2014the main driver of real estate transactions in Madinah.<br><br>The report indicated that the commercial sector recorded transactions worth approximately (1.5) billion riyals through 740 transactions concluded over the past year, covering an area exceeding 693,000 square meters. This reflects investment activity that is largely concentrated in economically attractive locations such as: commercial streets and vibrant areas, as investors tend to favor commercial assets that provide stable operating returns compared to other sectors.<br><br>The agricultural sector in Madinah recorded approximately (488) million riyals through (148) real estate transactions, with a total traded area of approximately 9.7 million square meters.
