The remaining regions, governorates, and neighborhoods that will undergo on-site property registration in various parts of the Kingdom will be announced in due course.<br><br>The Authority noted that initial registration of real estate in these areas and neighborhoods will be available through <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rer.sa\/\">Real Estate Registry Platform<\/a><\/strong> online or through service centers, noting that in-person registration requires a title deed that meets the regulatory requirements to complete the registration process.<br><br>It called on property owners in areas and neighborhoods subject to real estate registration to verify their property title deeds and ensure they meet the necessary requirements in preparation for the start of registration, adding that failure to register properties within the period specified in the announcement exposes owners to the financial penalties set forth in the Real Estate Registration System, as determined by a committee authorized to review violations, Inquiries regarding the registration process can be made through the Authority\u2019s official platforms or by calling the Customer Service Center at 199002.<br><br>Starting on the scheduled date for the commencement of registration, a \u201cProperty Number\u201d and a title deed for each registered real estate unit.
