Registration also closes for a number of real estate parcels in the governorates of Al-Hanakiyah and Al-Ula.
The Authority called on owners of properties located within these neighborhoods to promptly register their properties through the Land Registry platform (https:\/\/rer.sa\/) before the registration deadline expires, in order to benefit from services related to real estate transactions and the documentation of all changes affecting the property.
She explained that the Land Registry will issue a \u201cproperty number\u201d and a title deed for each real estate unit that is registered, and the new title deed includes the exact geographical location of the property, its owner's data, descriptions, condition, rights and obligations, and all real estate transactions that occur on it; to be the basis for documenting ownership and the real estate rights resulting from it, which contributes to the sustainability and enhancement of the real estate sector and its key enablers.
The Authority emphasized that failure to register real estate within the period specified in the announcement subjects owners to the financial penalties set forth in the Real Estate Registration System, as determined by a committee authorized to review violations, and that applications for real estate registration will continue to be accepted in all designated areas even after the registration period specified in the announcement has ended.
It is worth mentioning that the National Company for Real Estate Registration Services (Real Estate Registry) is tasked with implementing the establishment and management of the real estate registry in the Kingdom using modern technologies and geospatial data through an integrated digital platform that contributes to enhancing transparency and confidence in real estate services and data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
