The regulations aim to strengthen the regulation of practices related to real estate advertising through clear guidelines that contribute to enhancing transparency and reliability in the real estate market.<br><br>The regulations are based on three fundamental pillars, namely:<br><strong>1. Regulatory Licenses<br><\/strong>The requirement to obtain a license to conduct business.<br>The license is considered a prerequisite for issuing a real estate advertising permit.<br><strong>2. Full Disclosure<br><\/strong>Provide clear and complete data.<br>Disclosure of the Information Contained in the Real Estate Listing.<br><strong>3.
