It also boasts strong operational fundamentals that contribute to the project\u2019s rapid launch and the achievement of sustainable operating returns.<br>The opportunities also included the construction, operation, and maintenance of a mixed-use building, featuring restaurants, cafes, retail spaces, and administrative offices on King Khalid bin Abdulaziz Road (Third Ring Road) at its intersection with Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Ahmed Road in the Warqan neighborhood, on a site covering 12,624.76 square meters, under an investment contract spanning 25 years with a grace period of up to 30 months.
