The General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monsha\u2019at), in partnership with the General Authority for Real Estate and the Saudi Contractors Authority, \u201cReal Estate and Construction Week\u201d from July 12 to 16, 2026, as part of the series of \u201cBusiness Weeks\u201d organized by the Authority, with the aim of enabling entrepreneurs and owners of small and medium-sized enterprises to take advantage of promising opportunities in the sectors of Property<\/a><\/strong> and construction projects, connecting them with relevant entities, financing solutions, and strategic partnerships.

More than 40 organizations from the public and private sectors are participating in the week, most notably the Saudi Council of Engineers, the National Housing Company, Roshen Group, and Ru'a Al-Madina Holding Company, along with a number of government agencies and companies specializing in Real estate development<\/a><\/strong>, engineering consulting, real estate marketing and brokerage, and financing and enabling entities, allowing participants to explore the opportunities, services, and solutions offered in the sector.

The week is being held at business support centers in the cities of Riyadh and Madinah, and in the provinces of Jeddah and Al-Khobar, while its activities in Abha are being carried out in collaboration with the Asir Region Development Authority and the \u201cWork Corner\u201d incubator, and in Sakaka in collaboration with the House of Culture, thereby ensuring that the events reach entrepreneurs, owners of small and medium-sized enterprises, and those interested in the real estate and construction sectors across many regions of the Kingdom.

The week features more than 6 main sessions and more than 40 leadership meetings, in addition to specialized advisory sessions, with 23 exhibitors showcasing their services and solutions to entrepreneurs and owners of small and medium-sized enterprises, with the participation of a number of officials, experts, and specialists from government and private sectors to discuss investment opportunities in the real estate andContracting<\/a><\/strong>, enabling small and medium-sized enterprises to benefit from development projects and enhancing their participation in supply chains, as well as reviewing real estate development and technologies, financing solutions, strategic partnerships, and best practices that support the growth and sustainability of these enterprises.

The \u201cReal Estate and Construction Week\u201d event is part of \u201cMonsha\u2019at\u2019s\u201d efforts to strengthen the integration of the support system for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and enable them to access investment opportunities and potential partners in promising sectors, thereby contributing to enhancing their competitiveness and supporting their growth and sustainability, thereby achieving the goals of the Kingdom\u2019s Vision 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
