This aligns with the objectives of the Kingdom\u2019s Vision 2030 and enhances the province\u2019s appeal for investment and tourism.<br>Engineer Al-Jubeir explained that the projects included the opening of three major development projects to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/104552\/\">Methods <\/a><\/strong>With a total length of 9,500 meters, at a cost exceeding 178 million riyals, with the aim of improving traffic flow, enhancing accessibility, strengthening connectivity between different parts of the province, reducing travel time, and improving safety and the urban landscape. The projects included the development of King Abdulaziz Street\u2014Phase 1, which is 2,500 meters long and 60 meters wide\u2014and Riyadh Street Street\u2014Phase 1, 3,000 meters long and 40 meters wide\u2014as well as North Al-Nassera Street, 4,000 meters long and 40 meters wide, The development work includes paving and street lighting, pedestrian walkways, stormwater drainage, directional signs, parking lots, rest areas, landscaping, and urban beautification elements, as well as a dedicated lane for public transit buses.<br><br><strong>Opening of 15 Parks<br><\/strong>The projects included the opening of 15 parks in a number of neighborhoods across the governorate, covering a total area of more than 71,000 square meters, at a total cost of 13 million riyals. The parks include open spaces and green areas, a variety of trees and shrubs, walking paths, children\u2019s play areas, seating areas for relaxation, and lighting and aesthetic features, as well as supporting facilities and services.
