between tradition and modernity, thereby contributing to the creation of higher-quality and more sustainable cities, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom\u2019s Vision 2030 to develop the urban landscape and improve quality of life.<br><br>Khalid bin Mohammed Bouwashal, the Secretariat\u2019s official spokesperson, emphasized that the Secretariat operates according to an urban planning system based on contemporary designs that meet future needs and preserve the urban character of Al-Ahsa, while also adopting sustainable urban practices that take environmental considerations into account, thereby promoting the sustainability of cities and the conservation of their resources.<br>He explained that applying Saudi architectural requirements to buildings represents an important
