{"id":107549,"date":"2026-07-18T10:47:04","date_gmt":"2026-07-18T07:47:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/?p=107549"},"modified":"2026-07-18T10:47:06","modified_gmt":"2026-07-18T07:47:06","slug":"%d8%ad%d8%b5%d8%a7%d8%af-%d8%a3%d8%b3%d8%a8%d9%88%d8%b9-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%b9%d9%82%d8%a7%d8%b1-%d9%88%d8%a7%d9%84%d9%85%d9%82%d8%a7%d9%88%d9%84%d8%a7%d8%aa-%d8%a8%d8%b9%d8%af-%d8%a7%d8%ae","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/107549\/","title":{"rendered":"A Look Back at \u00abReal Estate and Construction Week\u00bb Following the Conclusion of Its Events, Which Featured 60 Participating Organizations and 3,000 Beneficiaries"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The General Authority for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (Monsha'at), in partnership with the General Authority for Real Estate and the Saudi Contractors Authority, concluded the \u201c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/107523\/\">Real Estate and Construction Week<\/a><\/strong>\u201c, as part of the \u201cBusiness Weeks\u201d series, with the participation of 60 entities from the public and private sectors, and more than 3,000 people benefiting from the week\u2019s events, with the aim of enabling small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs to access investment opportunities in the real estate and<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/107399\/\">Contracting<\/a><\/strong>, and connecting them with relevant entities, financing solutions, and strategic partnerships.<br><br><strong>28 exhibitors are participating<br><\/strong>The week featured the participation of 28 exhibitors, 8 plenary sessions, and more than 60 leadership meetings, in addition to more than 650 advisory and guidance sessions, all held through the Business Support Centers in the cities of Riyadh, Medina, the provinces of Jeddah and Al-Khobar, as well as in Abha in collaboration with the Asir Region Development Authority and the \u201cWork Corner\u201d incubator, and in Sakaka in collaboration with the House of Culture. <br><br>The week\u2019s sessions addressed a number of topics related to the real estate and construction sectors, including investment opportunities, empowering small and medium-sized enterprises to benefit from development projects, and enhancing their participation in supply chains, as well as financing solutions, real estate technologies, strategic partnerships, and best practices that support the growth and sustainability of enterprises, with the participation of a number of officials, experts, and specialists from government and private sector entities.<br><br><strong>Signing of a Cooperation Agreement <br><\/strong>The week also saw the signing of a cooperation agreement between the General Authority for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (Monsha'at) and the Saudi Contractors Authority, aimed at supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in the construction sector by developing joint services and programs, and enhancing integration between the two parties\u201c programs and platforms, thereby helping to improve the readiness of these enterprises and enable them to take advantage of opportunities available in the sector.<br>Abdulaziz Al-Olayan, Vice President for Strategy and Partnerships at the Infrastructure Projects Center, explained, during a panel discussion as part of the week\u2019s events, that the major development projects underway in Riyadh are opening up growing investment opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises, noting that the number of infrastructure project permits has risen from about 50,000 in 2017 to nearly 195,000 in 2025, reflecting the sector\u2019s rapid growth.<br><br>He noted that the center has worked to standardize technical specifications and requirements within the \u201cInfrastructure Projects Code,\u201d making it easier for companies\u2014particularly small and medium-sized enterprises\u2014to understand the requirements and procedures across the various stages of a project. He also highlighted the existing integration with \u201cManshaat\u201d in supporting innovation, as well as the Center\u2019s adoption of the \u201cJadeer\u201d platform\u2019s classification system, which enhances opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises to participate in infrastructure projects.<br>Abdulaziz Al-Shathri, Director General of Dispute Resolution at the Saudi Real Estate Arbitration Center, emphasized during his session as part of the week\u2019s events that the arbitration system has gained widespread recognition as one of the tools supporting the business and investment sectors, noting that the Center provides specialized tracks for resolving real estate disputes, which help strengthen the investment environment and enable small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the real estate sector to access more flexible and expedited dispute resolution procedures.
