Attorney Abdulrahman Al-Abdulatif explained that modern real estate regulations and rules have addressed the historical challenges the market faced due to a lack of regulation and have established a clear contractual environment that protects the rights of all parties. For his part, Mr. Hamoud Al-Qahs said that the Kingdom possesses an advanced digital infrastructure that is one of the real estate sector\u2019s key assets, noting that it provides brokers with more efficient tools to verify data and deliver a more reliable experience to clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For her part, Ms. Mona Al-Rashid emphasized that simplifying regulations for the client does not mean explaining every detail, but rather clarifying what is relevant to the transaction and its obligations, thereby facilitating decision-making. Mr. Youssef Batrawi noted that a thorough understanding of the nature of the work, as well as the finer details of real estate projects and geographic areas, represents a competitive advantage and added value that a real estate broker provides to their clients. Mr. Yazid Al-Shamsi explained that the concept of professionalism in real estate brokerage has evolved significantly, noting that competition is no longer limited to work methods, but now depends on the quality of the customer experience, speed of execution, and compliance with laws and regulations, in addition to professional knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The General Real Estate Authority organized the third edition of the Real Estate Brokerage Forum, with the participation of a number of specialists, experts, and stakeholders in the sector, with the aim of discussing the most significant changes taking place in the real estate market, review best practices in real estate brokerage, enhance professional awareness, and support the development of services and the improvement of the efficiency of workers in the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
