It supports decision-making and contributes to the development of housing policies, promoting innovation in financing solutions, and strengthening the housing finance system, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.<br>The CEO of the Real Estate Development Fund, Engineer Luay bin Mohammed Al-Nahid, explained that the index provides a standardized tool for measuring citizens\u2019 readiness to purchase their first home across the Kingdom, adding that its quarterly publication will enable a better understanding of the evolving aspirations and needs of beneficiaries, as well as the challenges facing those who wish to own a home in the future, and will enable the Fund, alongside its partners in the housing system, to develop enhanced solutions that support continued progress toward achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.<br><br>It should be noted that the first edition of the index serves as the national baseline against which future editions will be measured, while subsequent quarterly reports will track developments in home-ownership readiness levels, providing decision-makers, financial institutions, and real estate developers with an early indicator
