Reviewed Quality of Life Program<\/a><\/strong> -One of the programs aimed at realizing Saudi Vision 2030- In its 2025 annual report, it highlighted the achievements made in various relevant sectors, as well as the progress made by the Quality of Life System in implementing transformative initiatives and projects, thereby contributing to the achievement of the Vision 2030 goals and enhancing the quality of life for all residents of the Kingdom.
In terms of economic impact, the Quality of Life Program\u2019s contribution to GDP reached 78 billion riyals, exceeding the target of 77.1 billion riyals. Its contribution to non-government investment was 21.8 billion riyals, and the local content ratio rose to 44%, exceeding the target of 37%, In addition, 387,000 jobs were created by the end of the year, representing a year-over-year increase of 6.35%.

Global Quality of Life Index
<\/strong>The program launched the Global Quality of Life Index, which includes more than 90 cities from 35 countries, and was incorporated into the strategic plan for the United Nations Human Settlements Program, serving as an international platform to support decision-makers and initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life in cities around the world, while reinforcing the Kingdom\u2019s presence and its leading role in this field.

At the program sector level, the urban design sector has made progress in improving the urban environment through an initiative Saudi Architecture Map<\/a><\/strong> Launched by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister\u2014may God protect him\u2014 which includes 19 architectural styles inspired by the Kingdom\u2019s geographical and cultural characteristics, thereby strengthening its urban identity and providing scope for creative design while preserving local character.

Municipal services
<\/strong>Citizen satisfaction with municipal services rose to 85%, exceeding the target of 74%, and the \u201cFursat\u201d initiative helped connect 49 government agencies with the private sector by offering more than 19,000 investment opportunities, and the value of returns generated from these contracts exceeded 9 billion riyals, reflecting the success of the partnership between the two sectors in supporting urban economies.

Tourism sector
<\/strong>The tourism sector has seen sustained growth, with destinations across the Kingdom welcoming more than 32 million domestic and international tourists during the Saudi Summer season, representing a growth rate of 26% compared to the previous season, and tourism spending exceeded 53.2 billion riyals, marking a growth of 15%. The Kingdom ranked first globally as the top tourist destination in terms of growth in international tourist revenue during the first quarter of 2025, compared to the same period in 2019, according to the Global Tourism Barometer report issued by the United Nations World Tourism Organization.
As for tourist numbers, the number of international tourists visiting various destinations in Saudi Arabia has doubled, with the Kingdom recording a 102% increase in international tourist arrivals during the first quarter, compared to 2019, significantly surpassing the global growth rate of 3% and the Middle East\u2019s growth rate of 44%, The Kingdom ranked third globally and second regionally, reinforcing its leading position in the international tourism sector.

The Entertainment Industry Continues to Expand
<\/strong>In the entertainment sector, the sector continued to expand through a network of 954 licensed venues and by hosting 40 unique entertainment events, in addition to implementing various training programs and development courses that benefited more than 42,000 participants in 10 cities, incubating 33 startups, and supporting 110 businesses through financing and financial guarantee programs.

Events and Heritage Preservation
In the cultural sector, the Prince Mohammed bin Salman International Center for Arabic Calligraphy was inaugurated in Medina, and the Red Sea Museum was opened in historic Jeddah as a significant addition to the Kingdom\u2019s cultural and intellectual landscape. The number of days of cultural events reached 6,314, compared to the 2025 target of 3,010 days, and the number of \u201caccessible national heritage sites\u201d reached 232, thereby achieving the 2025 target for this indicator.
In the sports sector, the percentage of adults engaging in physical activity rose to 59.1%, exceeding the target of 55%, and more than 230,000 participants benefited from the \u201cSports for All\u201d platform, which includes more than 9,000 sports groups, reflecting the growing culture of sports participation and the promotion of healthy lifestyles.
In the security sector, the Unified Security Operations Center (911) was inaugurated in Madinah, making it the fourth of its kind in the Kingdom. It consolidates the operations of 28 operations rooms into an integrated operational system that includes security, government, and service agencies in the region.
The achievements of 2025 reflect continued progress toward the goals of the Quality of Life Program and reinforce the Kingdom\u2019s position as a global model for urban development, improving quality of life, and promoting sustainable development in line with the objectives of Vision 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
