construction, operation, and maintenance of a fuel station at the Kara Center site, as well as the construction, operation, and maintenance of a wedding and event hall, and a number of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/58004\/\">Residential projects <\/a><\/strong>Commercial projects in the Al-Jawhara, King Abdullah, and Al-Matar housing developments, under investment contracts with a term of 25 years.<br>The areas of the sites offered ranged from (823,248) square meters to (50,354.25) square meters, while the cost of purchasing the terms and specifications booklet was set at 1,000 riyals per investment opportunity.<br>The Secretariat clarified that applications for investment opportunities will remain open until August 23, 2026, with the opening of the envelopes scheduled for the same day.<br>The Al-Baha Region Secretariat invited investors and entrepreneurs to review the terms and specifications brochures and apply via the \u201cBaladi\u201d e-platform or the \u201cFurs\u201d app to take advantage of the investment opportunities on offer, thereby promoting economic development and supporting the investment climate in Al-Aqiq Governorate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
