Issued Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center<\/a><\/strong> Performance Report of Service Providers for June 2026, As part of its ongoing efforts to monitor performance indicators, enhance compliance, and improve the quality of infrastructure project implementation, thereby contributing to improved operational efficiency and greater transparency with relevant stakeholders.

Infrastructure Project Permits
<\/strong>The report noted that the center had issued more than 18,000 business licenses Infrastructure<\/a><\/strong>, including (9,877) active and pending licenses, while the total number of licenses issued since the beginning of 2026 has exceeded 100,000, as part of its efforts to regulate business operations and promote compliance with approved requirements and standards.
The total length of roads under construction as part of infrastructure projects reached 796 kilometers, reflecting the ongoing implementation of development projects and support for the development of road networks, services, and infrastructure in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the month of June, the center received more than 8,000 reports, of which 33% were regarding road subsidence, 28% were regarding standing water, and 8% were regarding exposed manhole covers, while other reports accounted for 31%. The total number of reports received since the beginning of 2026 has exceeded 150,000, as part of the Center\u2019s efforts to follow up on and address reports in coordination with service providers.

A number of violations were detected
<\/strong>The report noted that the Center\u2019s field teams identified a number of issues at project sites, the most notable of which were unsanitary work sites, dilapidated temporary barriers, and storage of materials outside the work area, underscoring the importance of continuing to raise compliance standards, improving the quality of execution, and maintaining workplace safety.
The Center emphasized that periodic performance reports serve as a reference for measuring the performance of service providers and enhancing the efficiency of monitoring, and provide operational indicators that support decision-making, thereby contributing to improving the quality of infrastructure projects, enhancing the urban landscape, and improving the quality of life in the Riyadh region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
