The General Real Estate Authority concluded the third edition of \u00abReal Estate Mediation Forum\u00bb<\/a><\/strong>The event was held in Riyadh to mark three years since the implementation of the real estate mediation system, in the presence of the Executive President of the Authority, Eng. Abdullah bin Saud Al Hammad, with the participation of a number of experts, specialists, real estate brokers, mediation institutions, and those interested in the real estate sector.
The forum reviewed the indicators of real estate brokerage activity since the implementation of the system until the end of June 2026; the total reached Real estate brokerage licenses<\/a><\/strong> The issuance of more than 117,000 licenses to individuals and establishments, and the number of brokerage contracts reached 1.1 million contracts, while the number of real estate ads exceeded 1.2 million ads, confirming the wide scope of the licensed practice and the growing presence of regulated documentation and advertising in the real estate market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anwar al-Qarashi: Ambition and passion to exchange experiences<\/strong>
Dr. Engineer Anwar Al-Qarashi thanked the organizers of the Third Real Estate Mediation Forum and this good initiative by the General Real Estate Authority for their attention to the role of real estate mediation and real estate brokers, especially since the forum is held in the summer amidst a large attendance. This shows the success of this forum in its third year and we are pleased to see our youth and our daughters embarking on this sector with ambition and enthusiasm, by learning about the latest real estate market systems and meeting international and local expertise. Mohamed Al-Wusit: Creating a fertile environment for brokers<\/strong>
Professor Mohammed Al-Wusayl, interested in real estate affairs and real estate brokerage, thanked the General Authority for Real Estate for its tireless efforts to be always close to real estate brokers and to continuously and rapidly develop this sector. We have a good example of this development in the past, how we were three years ago and today; how we see the empowerment of Saudi youth in this sector and the support and encouragement they receive from the General Authority for Real Estate, as well as their appreciation and encouragement to achieve the goal of becoming exemplary in real estate brokerage and marketing, pointing out that today the real estate broker is experiencing the most pleasant working hours in the real estate sector through the regulations, controls, and legislations that have contributed to creating a fertile environment for the real estate marketer. The broker extends his thanks to the General Authority for Real Estate for its efforts, and thanks Chairman of the General Authority for Real Estate Engineer Abdullah Al-Hammad for his constant proximity and attentiveness to the needs of real estate brokers, and for always urging them to be exemplary and to work in a complementary manner in real estate brokerage, which is a source of pride and honor for us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Osama Al-Andub: Developing a mechanism for obtaining a Fal license<\/strong>
Dr. Osama Al-Adub, interested in real estate matters, stated that the organization of this forum brings together a select group of local and international speakers and real estate agents, and this has a significant impact in educating everyone about the importance of the role of real estate mediation in light of the continuous development of the General Authority for Real Estate and everything that would contribute to improving the quality of the real estate process. Therefore, we see in this edition the development of the licensing system and the importance of paying attention to the quality of the real estate agent\u2019s work through the development of appropriate courses for them, and the development of the licensing process mechanism is very important to improve quality and focus on quantity rather than quality in real estate mediation.
