It noted that it continues to work with municipal authorities to improve licensing procedures, developing related digital solutions, and enhancing operational efficiency\u2014all of which support the quality of municipal services, elevate the urban landscape, and contribute to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.<br>This comes as part of the Ministry\u2019s ongoing efforts to develop the municipal licensing system. The Ministry recently announced that it had issued and renewed more than 274,000 business licenses during the first half of 2026, including the issuance of more than 97,000 new business licenses, the renewal of over 177,000 licenses, as well as the processing of more than 91,000 amendments to business licenses and over 43,000 requests to add business activities, and approximately 39,000 license ownership transfers, as part of efforts to enhance the investment environment and expand the scope of digital services provided through the \u201cBaladi\u201d
