Registration is now beginning in the following neighborhoods in the Jeddah Governorate:(part of Al-Rawda neighborhood and part of Al-Sina\u2019iya neighborhood). It was noted that the neighborhoods were selected based on specific criteria, and announcements will be made in due course regarding the remaining regions, governorates, and neighborhoods that will undergo real estate registration in various parts of the Kingdom in the coming periods.<br><br>The Real Estate Authority noted that initial registration of properties in these areas and neighborhoods will be available through the electronic real estate registry platform https:\/\/rer.sa, or through service centers, noting that in-person registration requires a title deed that meets the regulatory requirements to complete the registration process.<br>The Authority called on property owners in areas and neighborhoods subject to in-kind registration to verify the title deed of the property and the availability of the necessary requirements in preparation for the start of registration, adding that failure to register properties within the period specified in the announcement decision exposes their owners to the financial penalties stipulated in the real estate registration system, which is determined by a committee specialized in considering violations, and inquiries about registration steps can be made through the Authority's official platforms or by calling the Customer Service Center 199002.<br><br>Starting on the scheduled date for the commencement of registration, a \u201cProperty Number\u201d and a title deed for each registered real estate unit. The title deed will include the property\u2019s details, descriptions, and condition, as well as the associated rights and obligations linked to precise geospatial information, thereby contributing to the strengthening of infrastructure and the sustainability of the real estate sector.
