It includes buildings and structures of historical and architectural value that document the phase of urban transformation the Kingdom underwent during the 20th century and reflect the evolution of construction and planning methods, as well as the associated social, cultural, and economic dimensions, making it an integral part of the Kingdom\u2019s urban
