Announced Saudi Council of Engineers<\/a><\/strong> The registration for scientific papers to participate in the Fourth International Engineering Conference IECE 2026, which will be held from December 14 to 16, 2026 at the Wafa Riyadh Exhibition and Conference Center, is now open under the theme \u201cWe fund the future and innovate solutions.\u201d.
The Authority called on researchers, academics, engineers, and specialists from within the Kingdom and abroad to submit their scientific papers through the dedicated platform, in order to contribute to enriching the scientific content of the conference and reviewing the latest studies and engineering applications related to the future of the sector, major national transformations, mega projects, innovation, and sustainability.

Participation is open until September 26, 2026
<\/strong>The committee has determined the timeline for the scientific papers submission process, with the submission of entries continuing until September 26, 2026; participants will be notified of the acceptance results on October 1, 2026; and the final copy of the accepted papers will be delivered on October 13, 2026; while November 13, 2026 has been set as the final date for submission of the presentation materials for the accepted papers.

The opening of the academic papers reception comes as part of preparations for the fourth edition of the conference, which serves as a national and international platform that brings together engineering leaders, government and private sector entities, researchers and academics, investors, and major companies.Engineering Firms<\/a><\/strong> Local and global.
Through the scientific papers program, the Authority seeks to link scientific research with practical application, and to provide the opportunity for engineering ideas and studies to present implementable solutions that contribute to improving the efficiency of projects, developing professional practices, and supporting innovation in various engineering sectors, in line with the objectives of the Saudi Vision 2030.

6 Main Pathways for Scientific Papers
The scientific papers cover 6 key tracks including: Smart Engineering (Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation of Mega Projects), Future Energy Systems (Smart Networks, Storage, and Green Hydrogen), Advanced Construction Technologies and Industrial Construction, Water Security and Sustainable Environmental Engineering, Smart Industry and Advanced Supply Chains, as well as Engineering Governance, Governance Frameworks, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC).
