Minister of Justice Dr. Waleed bin Mohammed al-Shehiani praised the Cabinet\u2019s approval to transfer digital and operational services related directly to the operations. The Minister of Justice expressed his thanks and gratitude to King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may Allah protect them, for the continuous support and attention they provide to the judicial and real estate sectors. He emphasized that the decision reflects the wise leadership\u2019s keenness on improving the efficiency of government work, enhancing the integration between the various entities, and improving the quality of services provided to beneficiaries.
Al-Sumaani explained that the decision comes within the framework of the integration of roles among government entities, which contributes to improving the efficiency of digital and operational services related to real estate documentation processes, alongside developing the user experience and facilitating their access to services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He emphasized that the Ministry of Justice will work in coordination with the General Authority for Real Estate and related authorities to implement the decision in accordance with an organized transition plan that ensures the continuity of operations without interruption and that beneficiaries, individuals and establishments, will not be affected, while maintaining the quality of services during the transition phase, and taking advantage of the advanced digital infrastructure developed by government entities over the past years.
The Minister of Justice pointed out that the decision contributes to completing the construction of an integrated real estate system, improving the efficiency of the real estate market, and strengthening the investment environment, in line with the objectives of the Saudi Vision 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During yesterday\u2019s Tuesday meeting chaired by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the Council of Ministers approved the transfer of digital and operational services related directly to the real estate documentation processes, which constitute an essential part of the integrated real estate system \u2013 including its technical infrastructure, operational teams, and data \u2013 to the General Authority for Real Estate, namely: the Real Estate Exchange platform, the Exchange app \u201cMobile\u201d, the Comprehensive System, the Data Extraction System, the Document Digitization System, and the Basic Data Entry System, within six months.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
