The first edition of the \u201cCityscape West\u201d exhibition will take place in Jeddah from March 29 to 31, 2027, at \u201cJeddah Superdome,\u201d under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing and organized by \u201cTahaluf,\u201d a joint venture between Informa, the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones, and the Events Investment Fund, serving as a specialized real estate platform for the Western Region that will help stimulate investment, support homeownership, and connect real estate developers with investors and homebuyers in Jeddah, Makkah, and Madinah.
The launch of \u201cCityscape West\u201d builds on the success achieved by the \u201cCityscape Global<\/a><\/strong>\u201c, and in support of the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 by stimulating investment, promoting regional development, and contributing to raising homeownership rates in the Western Region, as a platform that brings together investors, real estate developers, and decision-makers to build partnerships and explore investment opportunities in Jeddah, Makkah, and Madinah.

Rise in Real Estate Transactions in the Western Region
<\/strong>The exhibition comes at a time when the western region is experiencing a new phase of urban and real estate growth; according to the report \u201cThe Residential Market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia \u2013 Summer 2025\u201d published by Knight Frank, Jeddah recorded a 28% increase in the value of Housing deals<\/a><\/strong> Reaching 17.3 billion riyals during the first half of 2025, while Madinah recorded the highest growth rate in the residential market nationwide, with a year-over-year increase of 49%.
This growth reflects the scale of major projects, the most prominent of which include the National Housing Company, Al-Jani, Al-Mekim, Al-Ghoroub, Makkah Gate, and Roshen Group \u2013 Al-Arous, Maravi, Zakher Development, Shams Al-Arous, Abhur City, Makkah Path, Jeddah Economic City, Jabal Omar, Historic Jeddah, the Royal Commission for Al-Ula, City Vision, Haram Vision, Red Sea International, Knowledge Economic City, King Abdullah Economic City, Downtown Jeddah, The Monolith (Project W), and Al-Qiddiya Coastal Economic City, thereby reinforcing the Western Region\u2019s position as a leading destination for investment, tourism, and mixed-use development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Support for Real Estate Sector Targets
<\/strong>Rachel Sturgess, Deputy CEO of Tahalluf, explained that Cityscape Global <\/a><\/strong>Over the past three years, it has established itself as the platform where leading investors, real estate developers, decision-makers, and homebuyers come together to support the Kingdom\u2019s real estate sector goals and foster investment opportunities and partnerships, underscoring that \u00abCityscape West\u00bb is now an extension of this success, opening new horizons for growth in the Western Region and keeping pace with the development boom in Jeddah, Makkah, and Madinah through a platform that brings together investment opportunities, supports homeownership, and contributes to building high-quality partnerships.

The launch of \u201cCityscape West\u201d builds on the reputation that Cityscape Global has established since its debut in Riyadh in 2023 as the world\u2019s most-attended real estate exhibition, with last year\u2019s edition attracting more than 164,000 visitors and 577 exhibitors and brands, and contributed to the conclusion of deals and contracts worth more than $63 billion at the exhibition, in addition to the participation of investors managing real estate and infrastructure assets valued at more than $6.1 trillion.

The first edition of the exhibition showcases residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and urban development projects, in addition to providing investment opportunities, facilitating the exchange of expertise, and supporting real estate sales, making it the leading platform in the Western Region for investment, building partnerships, and promoting homeownership. Sila, one of Saudi Arabia\u2019s leading event production companies, is preparing to join the partnership.
