It noted that the project covers an area of 6,550.21 square meters, with an investment contract lasting up to 50 years and a grace period of 36 months, and aims to construct, operate, and maintain a commercial hotel building that meets the needs of visitors and Umrah pilgrims and contributes to supporting economic activity in the region.<br>The Secretariat noted that the site attracts a steady flow of visitors and Umrah pilgrims throughout the year, which enhances the prospects for sustainable investment returns. It invited investors and those interested in learning more about the opportunity and applying for it to visit the Saudi Cities Investment Portal \u201cFursat.\u201d.<br><br>The Madinah Region Secretariat has also announced an investment opportunity to build, operate, and maintain a mixed-use site on the Wadi Al-Aqiq Corniche, as part of its efforts to promote urban investment and develop economically attractive sites through the \u201cOpportunities\u201d portal for investment in Saudi cities \u201cFursat.\u201d The Secretariat explained that the opportunity is located in the Al-Jamwat neighborhood at the intersection of Wadi Al-Aqiq Corniche Road and Abi Al-Hasan Al-Asfara\u2019ini Road, on a plot of 79,316.66 square meters, with an investment contract term of up to 50 years and a grace period of 36 months.<br><br>She explained that the project aims to establish<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/106331\/\"> Multipurpose Building<\/a><\/strong> It includes commercial,
