{"id":108281,"date":"2026-08-03T11:59:05","date_gmt":"2026-08-03T08:59:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/?p=108281"},"modified":"2026-08-03T11:59:06","modified_gmt":"2026-08-03T08:59:06","slug":"%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%b5%d9%81%d9%82%d8%a7%d8%aa-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%b9%d9%82%d8%a7%d8%b1%d9%8a%d8%a9-%d8%aa%d8%aa%d8%b1%d8%a7%d8%ac%d8%b9-%d8%a5%d9%84%d9%89-%d9%85%d9%84%d9%8a%d8%a7%d8%b1%d9%8a-%d8%b1%d9%8a","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/108281\/","title":{"rendered":"Real Estate Transactions Drop to 2 Billion Riyals Last Week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The value of<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/107999\/\"> Real estate deals<\/a><\/strong> Sales in the Kingdom last week totaled approximately 2 billion riyals, a decrease of nearly 3 billion riyals compared to the previous week, despite a 45% drop in the average real estate sales price to 83 riyals per square meter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data showed <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/97639\/\">Real estate stock exchange<\/a><\/strong> More than 3,500 transactions were completed across the Kingdom last week, compared with more than 3,900 transactions the previous week, when the value of trades exceeded 5 billion riyals, while the average selling price at that time was 150 riyals per square meter.<br><br><strong>Jeddah Leads Trading Volume <\/strong><br>Jeddah ranked first among cities in terms of transaction value, after 519 deals were executed with a total value exceeding 514 million riyals, with an average price of 1,770 riyals per square meter, compared to 633 transactions worth more than 825 million riyals during the previous week, when the average price exceeded 3,000 riyals per square meter.<br><br><strong>Mecca<\/strong><br>In Mecca, 157 transactions were completed with a total value of approximately 107 million riyals, while the average price per square meter rose to 1,726 riyals, compared to 171 transactions worth approximately 180 million riyals and an average price of 963 riyals per square meter the previous week.<br><br><strong>Medina<\/strong><br>Medina recorded 207 transactions worth more than 136 million riyals, with an average price of 1,201 riyals per square meter, compared to 261 transactions worth approximately 2 billion riyals and an average price of 6,996 riyals per square meter during the previous week.<br><br><strong>Dammam<\/strong><br>As for Dammam, recorded 135 real estate transactions worth over 172 million riyals, with an average price of 81 riyals per square meter, compared to 197 transactions worth nearly 239 million riyals and an average price of 391 riyals per square meter the previous week.<br><br><strong>Abha<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Abha, 61 transactions were completed, totaling 56 million riyals, compared to 73 transactions totaling more than 46 million riyals the previous week, while the average price per square meter rose slightly to 1,725 riyals from 1,694 riyals.<br><br><strong>Tabuk<\/strong><br>Tabuk recorded 64 transactions worth 37 million riyals, compared to the previous week\u2019s total of over 33 million riyals, while the average price per square meter jumped to 462 riyals, up from 15 riyals per square meter.<br><br><strong>The Most Active Neighborhoods<\/strong><br>Among the most active neighborhoods, Al-Yasmin in Al-Qurayyat topped the list of neighborhoods with the highest number of transactions, with 209 deals, followed by Al-Rawabi neighborhood in Jizan with 39 transactions, then Al-Safa neighborhood in Jeddah with 33 transactions, while Al-Rayyan neighborhood in Jeddah and Al-Sharafiyah neighborhood in Taif ranked next with 32 transactions each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Reading time: <\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> 2<\/span> <span class=\"rt-label rt-postfix\">Minutes<\/span><\/span>The value of real estate transactions completed in the Kingdom last week fell to approximately 2 billion riyals, a decrease of nearly 3 billion riyals compared to the previous week, despite a 45% drop in the average real estate sale price to 83 riyals per square meter.
