He confirmed that the company intends to announce plans for projects located in areas where non-Saudis are permitted to own property, in order to capitalize on these new investment opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The system went into effect on January 22, 2026, within a regulatory framework that defines geographic areas, real estate rights, ownership percentages, and regulations governing property ownership. The CEO revealed that \u00abNHC\u00bb accounts for approximately 60% of the Kingdom\u2019s off-plan sales market, with an average of 71 residential units sold daily, while the company\u2019s share of total real estate transactions in Saudi Arabia reached approximately 20% during 2024 and 2025, before rising to 21% in the first half of 2026, according to data from the General Real Estate
