The \u00abMa\u2019tamad\u00bb platform was a key focus of the meeting, as the Authority provided an overview of the unified platform for engineering transactions\u2014scheduled to launch soon\u2014and the services it offers, which are designed to enhance the reliability of procedures and transactions in the engineering sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The platform\u2019s key services include model contracts for design and engineering supervision work, as well as certificates of code compliance and urban identity, thereby supporting the regulation of transactions and raising the quality of engineering services. The two sides also discussed the role of the Saudi Engineering Arbitration Center in resolving disputes related to engineering projects, through arbitration, mediation, and other alternative dispute resolution methods, thereby enhancing the sector\u2019s efficiency and providing a more effective professional environment for resolving disputes.<br>The meeting addressed the next steps to strengthen the partnership between the Jeddah Municipality and the Saudi Council of Engineers, foremost among which is harmonizing licensing services at the Municipality, as well as expanding cooperation in the
