The first phase included the registration of (3,000) assets, followed by the registration of (6,586) additional assets, bringing the total number of registered assets in various regions of the Kingdom to (59,586) assets, as part of the Authority&#039;s ongoing efforts to inventory assets. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/54598\/\">Urban heritage<\/a><\/strong> Documenting, classifying, enhancing their protection and preservation.<br>The assets registered in the two phases were distributed across a number of regions of the Kingdom, with (169) assets in the Riyadh region, (1,755) assets in the Makkah region, (23) assets in the Madinah region, (13) assets in the Qassim region, (19) assets in the Eastern region, (4,363) assets in the Asir region, two assets in the Tabuk region, (21) assets in the Hail region, one asset in the Northern Borders region, (673) assets in the Najran region, and (2,547) assets in the Al-Baha region.<br><br>The authority emphasized that asset registration<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/76609\/\"> Urban heritage<\/a><\/strong> Continuously updating the national registry data contributes to providing systematic protection for registered assets, regulating their preservation, rehabilitation and reuse, supporting the integration of their data with urban planning and development work, enhancing the accuracy, efficiency and reliability of the national registry, in addition to expanding the scope of benefiting from these assets in cultural, tourism and sustainable development programs and projects.<br><br>The Heritage Authority called on citizens and residents to report unregistered architectural heritage assets, or any practices that may compromise their safety, through the service \u201c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/contactcenter.moc.gov.sa\">Archaeological report\u201d<\/a><\/strong>Or through the Authority\u2019s official channels on social media platforms, or by visiting one of its branches and offices in the regions of the Kingdom, or by contacting the Unified Security Operations Center (911), stressing the importance of community partnership in discovering, protecting, preserving and maintaining the components of national heritage for future generations.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Reading time: <\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> &lt; 1<\/span> <span class=\"rt-label rt-postfix\">Minute<\/span><\/span>The Heritage Authority announced the registration of (9,586) architectural heritage assets in the National Register of Architectural Heritage in two consecutive phases.
