estate unit that is registered, and the new title deed includes the exact geographical location of the property, its owner's data, descriptions, condition, rights and obligations, and all real estate transactions that occur on it; to be the basis for documenting ownership and the real estate rights resulting from it, which contributes to the sustainability and enhancement of the real estate sector set forth in the Real Estate Registration System, as determined by a committee authorized to review violations, and that applications for real estate registration will continue to be accepted in all
