The agreement aims to finance the construction of<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/105566\/\"> Housing units<\/a><\/strong> A luxury hotel bearing international hotel brands, as part of Al-Dir'iya Company\u2019s plans to develop the assets and components of the project\u2019s master plan, which spans an area of 14 square kilometers, along with the development of the master plan for Wadi Safar, which covers an area of 62 square kilometers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wadi Safar features a range of high-end residences and cultural and educational assets, as well as facilities dedicated to sports and recreation. Jerry Inzerillo, CEO of the Al-Diriyah Group, said the agreement reflects the confidence of major financial institutions and investors in the project\u2019s long-term vision and the investment potential offered by Al-Diriyah\u2019s projects.
