Medina saw strong activity in Real estate market<\/a><\/strong> In July 2026, it ranked among the top regions in the Kingdom, both in terms of real estate sales and rental transactions, according to data from the monthly real estate market bulletin issued by Public Authority for Real Estate<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Medina Leads All Regions in Sales Value
<\/strong>The value amounted to Real estate deals <\/a><\/strong>In Madinah, sales totaled more than 2.8 billion riyals in July, placing the region fourth among the Kingdom\u2019s regions in terms of sales value and accounting for approximately 8% of the total value of real estate transactions recorded in Saudi Arabia during the month.
In terms of the number of transactions, Medina ranked fifth, recording 1,254 sales transactions, accounting for approximately 4.99% of the Kingdom\u2019s total real estate transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than 26,000 lease transactions
<\/strong>Real estate activity in Madinah extended to the rental market, where the region ranked fourth in terms of the number of transactions in July, with a total of more than 26,400 transactions, accounting for approximately 6.33% of the total rental transactions in the Kingdom.
Medina also ranked fourth in terms of the value of lease transactions, which exceeded 593 million riyals during the month, representing approximately 5.59% of the total value of lease transactions across Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
