Issued Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center<\/a><\/strong> Its periodic report on the performance of service providers for July 2026, as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the efficiency of infrastructure projects, increase transparency and compliance, and improve the quality of fieldwork in the region.
The number of infrastructure business licenses issued during the month exceeded 19,000, of which (9,793) are active and currently in progress, bringing the total number of permits issued since the beginning of the year to more than 120,000 as part of its efforts to regulate project work and promote compliance with approved requirements and standards.
The total length of roads under construction reached 911 kilometers, reflecting the scale of the development work currently underway on road networks, services, and infrastructure.

Reports Received
<\/strong>During the month of July, the center received more than 9,000 reports, of which 30% were related to road subsidence, 28% were related to standing water, exposed manhole covers accounted for 11%, and other reports accounted for 31%, bringing the total number of reports since the beginning of the year to more than 170,000.
Field teams noted a number of issues at the project sites, most notably unsanitary conditions at work sites, the absence of warning lights, and the storage of materials outside the work area\u2014all of which require greater compliance to improve the quality of execution and maintain site safety.
The center emphasized that periodic reports are an important tool for promoting transparency, enhancing the effectiveness of monitoring, and providing operational indicators that support decision-making, thereby improving the quality of Infrastructure Projects <\/a><\/strong>And to enhance the quality of life in the Riyadh region.
