His Royal Highness Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Tabuk Region, in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, a signing ceremony for a package of contracts, agreements, and development, investment, and housing projects in the region. This event is part of the ongoing support and attention Tabuk receives to promote development, improve the quality of life, and foster the development of both the region and its people. The event took place in the main reception hall of the Emirate.

(5) City Cleaning Contracts
<\/strong>His Highness witnessed the signing of five contracts for sanitation services in the city of Tabuk. These contracts expanded the scope of areas covered by the service compared to previous contracts by adding a fifth area, with a total value of 380 million riyals, thereby helping to improve sanitation efficiency and the quality of services provided.
An agreement was also signed between the King Salman bin Abdulaziz Royal Reserve and the Tabuk Regional Municipality to transfer a site for the establishment of an engineered landfill, thereby enhancing integration in waste management in accordance with environmental best practices, and supports the Secretariat\u2019s efforts to develop a system of engineered landfills, promote sustainable waste management, and preserve the environment and quality of life in the region.
On the investment front, His Highness witnessed the signing of projects for the Al-Amana Company\u2019s \u201cInvestment Gateway,\u201d with revenues and construction costs totaling approximately 1.5 billion riyals, including a number of high-quality projects in the city of Tabuk.

Signing of a Commercial District Project in Tiyouk
<\/strong>The projects included the signing of the Tabuk Commercial District project, which encompasses a variety of commercial, healthcare, entertainment, and hospitality activities, The project covers an area of approximately 140,000 square meters, with an investment and construction value exceeding one billion riyals, thereby strengthening the partnership between the public and private sectors and contributing to financial sustainability and improving the quality of life in the city of Tabuk.

Residential and Commercial Towers
<\/strong>A project was also signed to construct six residential and commercial towers in the city of Tabuk, on a land area of 86,815 square meters, with each pair of towers connected to one another, and the complex will feature a variety of amenities, including administrative offices, hotel-style apartments, and retail spaces in a vibrant area of Tabuk.

Signing of a Residential Community Project
<\/strong>The projects included the signing of a residential community project west of Tabuk City and north of the Central Park, covering an area of more than 302,000 square meters. The project comprises 626 residential lots and 31 commercial lots, as well as 4 facilities and 3 parks distributed across 3 service zones. The project\u2019s design adheres to the urban identity of Tabuk City as approved by the Saudi Council of Architecture and contributes to achieving the goals of the Housing Program, one of the programs under Saudi Vision 2030, It also promotes environmental sustainability through its design and carefully distributed green spaces, thereby enhancing green infrastructure and solutions for water conservation and natural drainage. The project is located in a vibrant area west of Tabuk.

Housing Development Project
<\/strong>And in Housing sector<\/a><\/strong>His Highness the Prince of the region witnessed the signing of four contracts for housing development projects on land owned by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, valued at 354 million riyals, which include the construction of 344 housing units, bringing the total number of units in the projects to Real estate development<\/a><\/strong> 5,100 housing units, which will help provide a variety of housing options tailored to the needs of Saudi families, support an increase in the rate of home ownership among families, and help achieve the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

177 new housing units
<\/strong>In addition, a contract for 177 housing units with a total value exceeding 72 million riyals was launched and signed; of these, 137 have been completed in the city of Tabuk, and 40 units in the Haql Governorate are currently under construction, as part of the efforts of the \u201chousing<\/a><\/strong>\u201dIn providing housing for eligible families.\".
His Highness also handed over 317 housing units as part of the \u201cSakan\u201d Foundation\u2019s contribution to providing permanent housing for eligible families through the \u201cHousing quality<\/a><\/strong>\u201dThrough the \u2018Generosity from Us and Within Us\u2019 campaign, which enjoys the direct support of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness the Trustworthy Crown Prince\u2014may God protect them both\u2014His Highness prays to the Almighty to make their homes blessed.\u201d.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, His Highness the Governor of the Tabuk Region honored the donors participating in the \u201cJoud Tabuk,\u201d affirming the role of community partnership in achieving development impact and embodying the value of cross-sectoral integration in supporting housing initiatives and enhancing their impact on society.

The Secretary of the Tabuk Region, Engineer Husam Al-Youssef, expressed his gratitude to His Highness the Emir of the region for his patronage and guidance, and commended the support of His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing and his continuous oversight of the work of the municipal and housing sectors in the Tabuk Region, explaining that these contracts, agreements, and projects are part of efforts to strengthen the partnership between the public and private sectors and enable them to perform their roles with high efficiency, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, and to enhance the competitiveness of Saudi cities and the quality of life within them, and embody the integrated efforts between the Tabuk Region Governorate and the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing to support the region\u2019s development and implement priority projects, thereby improving quality of life and ensuring sustainable development.
At the conclusion of the event, His Royal Highness Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz delivered a speech in which he commended the work of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, expressing his appreciation for His Excellency the Minister\u2019s visit to the region, and expressing his delight at the launch of projects that will have a positive impact on the city and serve its citizens and residents.
