and in Al-Ammar: parts of Al-Nahda neighborhood, part of Al-Afq neighborhood, and a number of other residential areas; in Aqlat Al-Saqoor: parts of Al-Nahda neighborhood; and in Al-Batin: Al-Izdihar, Al-Nargis, Al-Rayyan, and Al-Faisal neighborhoods, in addition to a number of real estate plots in Dhariyah and Al-Muthannab.<br><br><strong>Neighborhoods Benefiting from the Registry in the Riyadh Region<br><\/strong>The beneficiary neighborhoods in the Riyadh region include, in Al-Bajadiyah: the Manifa Planned Neighborhood and a number of other residential areas; in Al-Hariq: the New City Neighborhood and the Rumaithan Neighborhood; in Al-Halwa: the Al-Hazm Neighborhood; and in Al-Ruwaidah: parts of the Al-Naseem neighborhood, the Al-Suleimaniyah neighborhood, the Al-Wurood neighborhood, the Al-Khalidiyah neighborhood, the Al-Nahda neighborhood, the Al-Nuzha neighborhood, the Al-Falah neighborhood, the Al-Rabwah neighborhood, the Al-Khaleej neighborhood, the Al-Yasmin neighborhood, and the Maktat 621 neighborhood; and in the city of Riyadh: parts of an open area under the jurisdiction of the Al-Sali Municipality and parts of an open area under the jurisdiction of the Al-Aziziyah Municipality; and in Al-Sir: a part of the Old Al-Fayda District, as well as a number of other real estate areas.<br><br>It also includes the following neighborhoods in Bada\u2019i al-\u2018Adiyan: Neighborhood 749, the Future Al-Wurood Neighborhood, the Al-Izdihar Neighborhood, the Al-Murooj Neighborhood, the Future Al-Salam Neighborhood, the Al-Yasmin Neighborhood, the Hijrat Salim Neighborhood, the Al-Khalifa Neighborhood, the Al-Rumaithi Neighborhood, the Al-Mu\u2019allaq Neighborhood, the Badida Al-Ghatha Village Planning District, Planning District 315, part of Planning District 907 in Al-Mushrafah, and a number of other real estate areas; and in Hawtat Bani Tamim: Al-Majd neighborhood, Al-Sina\u2019iya neighborhood, Al-Wurood neighborhood, Zamzam neighborhood, Al-Salam neighborhood, and a number of other real estate areas, in addition to a number of real estate parcels in Al-Artawiya, Al-Jamsh, Al-Kharj, Al-Dawadmi, Al-Qasab, Tamir, Harimla, Sajir, Shaqra, Afif, and Nafi, It was clarified that the neighborhoods were selected based on specific criteria, and the remaining areas, provinces, and neighborhoods that will be subject to real estate registration in various regions of the Kingdom will be announced in due course over the coming periods.<br>The Real Estate Authority noted that initial property registration in these areas and neighborhoods will be available through the electronic real estate registry platform <a href=\"https:\/\/rer.sa\/\">https:\/\/rer.sa\/<\/a> Or through service centers, noting that in-person registration requires a title deed that meets the regulatory requirements to complete the registration process.<br><br>The Authority called on property owners in areas and neighborhoods subject to real estate registration to verify their property title deeds and ensure they meet the necessary requirements in preparation for the start of registration, Inquiries about the registration process can be made through the Authority\u2019s official platforms or by calling the Customer Service Center at 199002.
