According to the Companies Law, the responsibility for preparing and filing the financial statements lies with the company\u2019s president, director, board chairman, or board of directors \u201din a simplified joint-stock company.\u201d.<br><br><strong>Commitment from everyone according to the corporate system<br><\/strong>The process of filing financial statements is an obligation for all companies in accordance with the provisions.<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/53955\/\"> Corporate system <\/a><\/strong>Paragraph (2) of Article (17) stipulates that \u201cFinancial statements of the company must be prepared at the end of each fiscal year in accordance with the accounting standards approved in the Kingdom, and these statements must be submitted in accordance with what is determined by the regulations within (six) months of the date of the end of the fiscal year, in accordance with the provisions contained in the regulations.\u201d.<br>The ministry noted that the preparation and filing<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/90358\/\"> Financial statements<\/a><\/strong> It contributes to improving the company\u2019s management performance by evaluating its financial performance, enhancing oversight over its various departments, measuring operational efficiency, and supporting decision-making based on accurate financial indicators.<br><br>Compliance with the preparation and filing of financial statements also enhances investor and owner confidence by enabling them to assess profitability and return on investment, evaluate financial and operational risks, and compare companies and various investment opportunities.
