At the same time, city data showed a clear variation in price trends and trading volume. According to the weekly monitoring of data<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/srem.moj.gov.sa\/\"> Real estate stock exchange<\/a><\/strong>The number of transactions executed during the past week reached 3,428 transactions worth over two billion riyals, while the average selling price was 81 riyals per square meter, compared to 3,536 transactions worth 2.7 billion riyals and an average price of 113 riyals per square meter in the previous week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jeddah raises average price per square meter despite a decline in deals<\/strong><br>The city of Jeddah showed a performance different from the general trend of the market, as the number of transactions and their value declined, while the average selling price per square meter rose.<br>Jeddah recorded 464 transactions worth 610 million riyals last week, with an average price of 3042 riyals per square meter, compared to 585 transactions worth 623 million riyals, with an average price of 2784 riyals per square meter in the previous week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mecca.. Decreased deals and increased average selling price<\/strong><br>In Mecca, the number of transactions remained almost at the same level as the previous week, with a notable increase in the average selling price and trading volume.<br>The city witnessed the implementation of 137 transactions worth 165 million riyals, with an average price of 2,867 riyals per square meter, compared to 138 transactions worth about 117 million riyals, with an average price of 1,227 riyals per square meter in the previous week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Madinah registers a significant decline in trading value<\/strong><br>Makkah Al-Mukarramah saw a more pronounced divergence, as the number of transactions rose modestly, while the value of trading and the average selling price declined significantly. Last week, there were 198 transactions worth approximately 155 million riyals, with an average price of 244 riyals per square meter, compared to 180 transactions worth approximately 820 million riyals and an average price of 3137 riyals per square meter in the previous week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dammam.. Fewer transactions and lower prices<\/strong><br>In Dammam, the number of transactions increased compared to the previous week, but the value of trading and the average selling price declined.<br>The city recorded 135 transactions worth over 98 million riyals, with an average price of 217 riyals per square meter, compared to 116 transactions worth over 144 million riyals, with an average price of 517 riyals per square meter in the previous week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Abha and Tabuk... different movements in the market<\/strong><br>In Abha, the number of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/109108\/\">Real estate deals<\/a><\/strong> Over the past week, 62 transactions worth over 50 million riyals were concluded, with an average price of 1391 riyals per square meter, compared to 66 transactions worth nearly 40 million riyals, with an average price of 1451 riyals per square meter in the previous week.<br>Tabuk, on the other hand, recorded 83 transactions worth 43 million riyals, with an average price of 875 riyals per square meter, compared to 57 transactions worth 28 million riyals and an average price of 1187 riyals per square meter in the previous week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The districts of Abha, Medina and Jeddah dominate the trading volume<\/strong><br>At the neighborhood level, the Al-Ghadir neighborhood in Sultan City in Abha topped the list of the most traded neighborhoods in the Kingdom last week, after recording 42 transactions. The Al-Sawidra neighborhood in Madinah came in second with 39 transactions, while the Al-Safaa neighborhood in Jeddah came in third with 34 transactions, followed by the Al-Salamah neighborhood in Jeddah with 33 transactions.
