class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Legislative changes to improve market efficiency<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The official spokesperson for the General Authority for Real Estate, Taysir bin Mohammed Al-Mufarraj, explained during his participation in a dialogue session entitled \u201cBuilding the Future of the Gulf Real Estate Sector\u201d, that the real estate sector in the Kingdom is a major part of a national economic and development system that works with a unified vision and integration that serves various sectors, noting that the legislative transformation and expansion in real estate registration have contributed to raising the efficiency of the market and establishing a reliable and fair investment environment, stressing the importance of regional integration and convergence of regulatory frameworks among the Gulf countries to benefit from the diversity of resources and opportunities available in the region.<br><br>He stated that the Authority attaches importance to regulatory communication as an integrated process that begins with introducing regulations and clarifying their objectives before their implementation, and extends to understanding the needs of beneficiaries and promoting compliance, noting that the countries of the region possess all the attractive components and enablers that make the Gulf and the Middle East the most reliable and stable real estate destination in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong> Efforts to regulate the real estate market<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through its team participating in the forum and accompanying activities, the Authority will showcase its efforts in regulating and developing the Saudi real estate market
