{"id":112366,"date":"2026-11-04T12:10:59","date_gmt":"2026-11-04T09:10:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/?p=112366"},"modified":"2026-11-04T12:11:01","modified_gmt":"2026-11-04T09:11:01","slug":"%d9%85%d9%84%d8%aa%d9%82%d9%89-%d9%85%d8%b3%d8%aa%d9%82%d8%a8%d9%84-%d8%a7%d9%84%d9%82%d8%b7%d8%a7%d8%b9-%d8%ba%d9%8a%d8%b1-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%b1%d8%a8%d8%ad%d9%8a-%d9%8a%d8%b3%d8%aa%d8%b9%d8%b1%d8%b6","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/112366\/","title":{"rendered":"The Future of the Non-Profit Sector Forum, in its fifth edition, reviews the sector&#039;s role in urban development and enhancing quality of life."},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The capital, Riyadh, witnessed on Monday evening the convening of the fifth edition of<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/my.gov.sa\/ar\/events\/2864103\"> Future of the Non-Profit Sector Forum <\/a><\/strong>Under the title \u201cThe Role of the Non-Profit Sector in the Urban Landscape\u201d, with the participation of a number of leaders, experts and specialists, through four dialogue sessions and six training workshops, the role of the sector in urban development and the sustainability of the community impact was discussed.<br><br>The forum witnessed the honoring of the winners of the \u201cTowards Impact\u201d challenge, where His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Talal bin Badr, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Roshan Charitable Foundation, and the CEO of the Mohammed bin Salman \u201cMisk\u201d Foundation, Dr. Badr bin Hamoud Al-Badr, honored the winning entities with financial grants amounting to three million riyals distributed across three tracks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Developing housing solutions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first session discussed \u201cThe Non-Profit Entrepreneur: Innovation for the Future\u201d <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/111788\/\">Developmental housing<\/a><\/strong>\u201dThe first session, \u201cDeveloping Housing Solutions and Development Partnerships,\u201d addressed the importance of creating facilities to serve different segments of society, promoting universal access, developing parks and public spaces, and preserving urban and heritage identity.<br><br>The third session, \u201cInvesting in Infrastructure with Community Returns,\u201d reviewed innovative models for financing and sustaining development projects, while the fourth session, \u201cUrban Development for People,\u201d focused on building sustainable cities and enhancing community participation in their development.<br><br>The forum was attended by a number of Their Highnesses, Excellencies and Highnesses, and more than 1000 participants including attendees, speakers, panelists and workshop participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quality projects for the non-profit sector<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The forum hosted architectural models in an accompanying exhibition that included quality projects for the non-profit sector, such as the facilities of the King Salman Center for Disability Research, Sultan City for Humanitarian Services, Roshan Group projects, 3D printed models from the Heritage Authority, exhibits from non-profit entities such as the \u201cModel of a Nation Initiative\u201d of the Al-Fawzan Community Service Program, models of street vendor kiosks from the \u201cFurs\u201d Association, publications of the Heritage Foundation, an architectural model of the King Khalid Mosque in Riyadh, and an engineering model of housing solutions from the National Development Housing Foundation \u201cSakan\u201d.<br>The forum was organized jointly by 21 national non-profit entities, including civil and charitable institutions and development initiatives, within the framework of integrating efforts and strengthening partnerships that support the growth of the non-profit sector and expand its developmental impact.
